Summary

• Export the recorded ACTIVE INJ1 baseline with the unchanged facts exporter; this is a provenance-only refresh of facts/facts.json.
• Preserve 7,983 excellent / 6 strong / 0 below strong of 7,989 graded, the historical inventory, and all four release snapshots.
• Pin the recorded engine/codegen pair, UTC promotion timestamp, and digest-verified private provenance rather than the latest Git heads.

Validation

• Existing offline facts/schema validator, byte/source integrity checks, denominator and full JSON comparisons pass; recorded prior/current grades have zero changes.
• No measurement or test suite applies to this data-only update. Independent final review and full CI remain required gates.
• No consumer adoption before canonical merge.
