Adds
docs/TODO.mdwith a plan to fold phpbbmodders/hidebots into this extension as an on/off setting. Both extensions currently rewrite the "Who is online" text through the same event, so with both enabled whichever runs last wins. Open questions are listed in the file. The README links to it.Documentation only; no code changes.
