Adds the phpbbmodders LF policy to .gitattributes (* text=auto eol=lf, binary rules for images) and converts the three files that used CRLF: .editorconfig, license.txt and .gitignore. Only line endings change. .gitignore is stored as-is (-text) because its macOS "Icon" rule needs a literal carriage return in the pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Only line endings change (git diff --ignore-cr-at-eolis empty apart from the note below)..gitignoreis marked-text: its macOSIconrule needs a literal carriage return in the pattern, which normalization would otherwise strip. The file is LF apart from that one character.Kept separate from the vendor move (#35) so the line-ending change can be reviewed on its own.
