The bilingual blog navigation correctly includes the new v1.3.2 release, but its browser test still expected a list ending at v1.3.1. Add the new release to that explicit expected order.
Validation: all seven blog browser tests passed against the published https://oink.pgsty.com site, including the previously failing bilingual navigation assertion. No rendered source or theme behavior changes.
