OINK v1.3.1 documentation and CI required standalone Dart Sass. Adopt published v1.3.2, pin Hugo Extended 0.166.0, and restore the built-in LibSass build contract across English and Chinese guides. Ordinary Hugo 0.168 builds may retain the known upstream warning; strict checks use 0.166.0.
Update the home page, release notes, upgrade instructions, current Design contracts, and affected Markdown goldens. Preserve the 1.3.1 release history and readability/FileTree changes.
Validation: exact published v1.3.2 module resolution with replacements and workspaces disabled; strict production build without Sass on PATH; entry pages retain Paper and all four style controls. The full non-browser suite and all 78 focused appearance/readability/FileTree browser regressions passed locally with Hugo Extended 0.166.0 and no Sass on PATH. Cloudflare preview succeeded; the broader CI matrix is running.
