In documentation says If the Scratch Pad is closed, it can be re-opened (or additional ones opened) by right-clicking in the SQL Editor and other panels and adding a new panel. https://www.pgadmin.org/docs/pgadmin4/9.18/query_tool.html#query-tool
It says here that you need to click on a tab, but it doesn't say exactly where. I right-clicked on every possible place and couldn't find a spot that would offer me to open a new panel. The only thing that brought the Scratch Pad back was the 'Restore Layout' button.
Where exactly do I need to click to open more than one Scratch Pad?
Thanks for reporting the issue. The issue happened during the migration from wcDocker to rc-dock. The old docking menu had an Add Panel → Scratch Pad option, but this was lost when the custom context menu was introduced.
#10475 PR fixing this is in place. Expect to see the change in the later versions.
