Plugins for bb.
The Studio plugins (Studio, Studio Chat, Pages, Talk, Draw, Artifacts, Tasks,
Teams and Sidebar) and studio-kit now live in
patleeman/bb-studio. Install them
from there; its README explains how to switch an install from this
marketplace.
In BB's Plugin marketplaces settings, paste this into Marketplace source:
git:github.com/patleeman/bb-plugins@main
You can also use the raw manifest URL:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/patleeman/bb-plugins/main/marketplace.json
GitHub's /blob/main/marketplace.json page returns a meta/payload wrapper
when BB requests JSON, which fails marketplace validation. Use either source
above.
To add the marketplace from the CLI:
bb marketplace add git:github.com/patleeman/bb-plugins@mainFor a local checkout, run this from the repository root:
bb marketplace add path:.The root marketplace.json lists all 15 plugins. Each
entry installs its package from this repository's main branch, including
when the catalog is added from a local checkout. Refresh the catalog with:
bb marketplace refresh patleeman-bb-pluginsWhen adding a plugin, update both marketplace.json and
.bb/plugins.json. Keep its marketplace ID, display name,
description, and icon aligned with its package manifest.
bb-plugin-automation-calendar— view BB automations by day, three days, week, or month and manage their schedules.bb-plugin-agent-checklists— attach persisted structured checklists to threads, update them with agent tools, and continue incomplete work automatically.bb-plugin-agent-plugins— install Agent Plugins once in BB and flow their skills and approved MCP tools to providers.bb-plugin-smart-queue— decide whether a message sent to a busy thread steers the running turn or waits as a follow-up, using Jev with a provider-model fallback.bb-plugin-gtd-sidebar— replace the thread list with a GTD-style inbox organized by workflow state.bb-plugin-plannotator— embed the upstream Plannotator plan-review app in BB's right panel and send decisions to agents as new thread messages.bb-plugin-cobalt2— contribute the Cobalt2 color palette to bb.bb-plugin-ds4— run and administer a local DwarfStar (ds4) inference server from bb.bb-plugin-prime-agent— register Prime Agent as an ACP-based bb provider (acp-prime-agent).bb-plugin-emoji-react— emoji reactions in the assistant-message text-selection menu; the reaction list is configurable in plugin settings.bb-plugin-traces— index local Codex, Claude, Pi, OMP, and DeepSeek Harness sessions in a private, searchable trajectory explorer.bb-plugin-copy-session-id— add a Copy session ID action to thread context menus in the left sidebar.bb-plugin-tok-speed— show visible provider output speed in each assistant message's hover menu.bb-plugin-ua-fetch— fetch web content with adaptive user-agent probing and cached winners.
This is a pnpm workspace. Build or typecheck all packages with:
pnpm install
pnpm typecheck
pnpm buildEach package README documents its installation and runtime requirements.
Plugins must install on the current stable BB release, not only on Nightly.
npm's latest tag for @get-bb/plugin-sdk follows Nightly, so check before
pushing:
pnpm check:compatThe check reads the stable release, looks up the plugin SDK it ships, and
fails if any plugin's engines range or pinned SDK version is newer. CI runs
the same check on every push and pull request.
This repository is also a BB plugin collection. Install one plugin from this checkout with:
bb plugin install path:. --plugin agent-pluginsFrom GitHub, use the same collection without cloning it first:
bb plugin install git:https://github.com/patleeman/bb-plugins.git@main --plugin agent-pluginsEach plugin README also includes a screenshot captured from the running BB application with staged plugin data. Capture all live surfaces after starting BB and seeding a thread with:
BB_CAPTURE_PROJECT_ID=proj_... \
BB_CAPTURE_THREAD_ID=thr_... \
node scripts/capture-plugin-screenshots.mjsThe capture script drives the actual BB UI and writes PNG assets; it is not a mockup or image-generation workflow.
Install all packages as bb plugins (idempotent — safe to re-run):
pnpm plugins:install # or: bash scripts/install-all.shThis runs bb plugin install <path> --yes for every packages/bb-plugin-*
and prints the resulting installed list. To install just one, use its path:
bb plugin install ./packages/bb-plugin-agent-plugins
