Freeze the current latest/ state into 11.0.2/base.yml with scripts/create-version.sh. The six core images are at 0.20261019.0, built from the release tags <project>-v0.20261019.0 at 2e4ccf4. Since 2e4ccf4, latest/ has only changed by the three Renovate bumps to the 0.20261019.0 images, which create-version.py takes from the tags anyway, so every pin matches what the images were built from.
