Remove nexus from the release - #2834

Nexus is being removed from OSISM, together with its role in ansible-collection-services. Remove its pin from latest/base.yml, its image entry (the only one in the mirror section) from etc/images.yml, and its role_shadows allowlist entry with the documentation bullet that described it. Merge order: merge after osism/ansible-collection-services#2182. While the role still exists, the drift check's
role_unpinnedreports itsnexus_tagas having no release pin.Remove the nexus pin from
latest/base.yml, itsetc/images.ymlentry, and itsrole_shadowsallowlist entry with the matching doc bullet. Numbered releases keep their pins. Once #2831 is in, the image drift check reports nexus as LIVE until this lands.All PRs of the nexus removal:
