Fixes what #598 left on main. Found while merging the otel 1.47 Dependabot PRs.

What was left behind

#598 bumped go.opentelemetry.io/otel in the root go.mod. Dependabot stops there, and examples/sdk/client has its own go.mod that still required otel 1.46 as an indirect, so main merged untidy. otel 1.47 also introduces otel/log, which enters the indirect block.

Nothing caught it, and nothing can

The CI workflow runs just go-mod in its Deps step, which tidies, before just test runs go-mod-check. The check has nothing left to find. Every green run has meant "CI tidied this for us" rather than "the modules are tidy", and since the tidy is never committed, the untidy state merges anyway.

osapi is the only repository in the organization that does this:

osapi 1
gohai 0
nats-client 0
nats-server 0
osapi-orchestrator 0

That is exactly why the identical otel 1.47 bump failed in osapi-io/nats-client#172 and passed on all four PRs here.

Removing the line makes the check work, verified locally:

untidy: examples/sdk/client
run 'just go-mod' and commit the result

The CI change is not in this PR

It needs one line removed from .github/workflows/go.yml:

         run: |
           just go-deps
- just go-mod
           just react-deps

I could not push it. Every attempt is rejected with remote: Internal Server Error, and the same branch pushes fine once the workflow file is out of the diff, so the credential in this session is not allowed to modify workflow files.

Safe to remove: just go-deps already provides what the test recipes need, which is how the other four repositories work.

just test passes, coverage 100%.

#598 bumped go.opentelemetry.io/otel in the root go.mod. Dependabot stops
there, and examples/sdk/client has its own go.mod that still required
otel 1.46 as an indirect, so main merged untidy.

Nothing caught it, and nothing can: the CI workflow runs `just go-mod` in
its Deps step, which tidies, before `just test` runs go-mod-check. The
check has been passing because CI fixes the thing it checks for. osapi is
the only repository in the organization that does this, which is why the
same bump failed in nats-client and passed here. That one-line workflow
change is not in this commit because pushing it needs a credential this
session does not have.

otel 1.47 adds otel/log, so it enters the indirect block as well.

Superseded by the combined change: the CI step and the tidy it was hiding belong in one PR. My reason for splitting them was wrong — I read three transient GitHub 500s as a rule against pushing workflow files, and the push works fine.
