pymupdf 2.0 hard-depends on onnxruntime, numpy, networkx, pymupdf-layout, pymupdf4llm and more, pulled into every scraper. pymupdf-lite is the official build of the same pymupdf module without the layout engine, and without any dependency. Fix #372

Fix #372 for Python 3.14 users, in a 5.5.1 patch release.
#366 (released in 5.5.0) allowed pymupdf 2, but pymupdf 2.0 now hard-depends on
onnxruntime,numpy,networkx,pymupdf-layout,pymupdf4llm,psutil,tabulateandpyyaml. A fresh install of zimscraperlib 5.5.0 on Python 3.14 indeed installs:This switches to pymupdf-lite
>=2.0,<3.0, the official build of pymupdf by Artifex without its layout engine (see README-lite.md): it has no dependency at all and installs the very samepymupdfmodule (minuspymupdf/layout, which we do not use), so no code change is needed. See #372 (comment) for details.The
fitzimport fallback (for pymupdf < 1.24.3) is removed, since pymupdf-lite 2.0 is now the minimum.Caveat (also in the changelog): a scraper also depending on the full
pymupdfmust keep both at the same version, since both distributions install the samepymupdfpackage.
