The openedx-core bump to 1.5.0 or later is what fails CI here, in two places. make lint-imports reports openedx_learning.applets.cbe.models.criteria:18 importing openedx_catalog.models.CourseRun, which breaks the isolated apps contract in pyproject.toml. common/djangoapps/util/tests/test_db.py::MigrationTests::test_migrations_are_in_sync wants a new openedx_learning migration, because the shipped migrations create history_date with db_index=True and we set SIMPLE_HISTORY_DATE_INDEX = False in openedx/envs/common.py.
openedx-core#853 covers the second one but isn't merged, and the first has no fix I could find. Should we hold this at openedx-core<1.5 until both are sorted?

@feanil: Sorry about that. The fix for that should be ready shortly.

The underlying issue should be fixed now.
