Docs: a cancelled StartAsync leaves no process behind #510
Description
When OpenCodeServer.StartAsync is cancelled, the caller cannot observe whether a process was started, and the docs don't say that none is left behind.
Proposed: one sentence where cancellation of StartAsync is documented.
