Part of #350, the quality-refactoring roadmap (road to 1.0, step 3).
Goal: Tools tests are organised by subject: the pinned plan is bound once per session, with domain presets and one class per binder facet. First half merged; the second half follows GEN-E4.
Lane: Tests. Status: active. Merged so far: #433, #434, #438, #439.
Every PR of this epic starts its title with [TST-E3]. The finding issues it closes are linked as sub-issues; this issue closes when the epic's last PR merges and master CI is green.

Clone baseline ownership from #517 (#452): the guard-prelude ignore made a pre-existing duplicated body visible in Tools.Tests support:
tests/OpenCode.Sdk.Tools.Tests/Support/GeneratedSourceCompiler.cs:111-120↔:127-136(the two compile-and-probe methods). It is baselined with this issue as its owner. When the shared probe gets one owner, drop the fingerprint fromtools/jscpd/tests.baseline.json(verify-clonesreports it stale).
