[RT-E4] Pipeline is split, and the reconnect loop gets an owning type #483

Open

Description

@Blind-Striker

Part of #350, the quality-refactoring roadmap (road to 1.0, step 3).

Goal: Pipeline is split, and the reconnect loop gets an owning type. (Its first step, the error reader's move, merged as #357.)

Lane: Runtime. Status: todo. Merged so far: #357.

Every PR of this epic starts its title with [RT-E4]. The finding issues it closes are linked as sub-issues; this issue closes when the epic's last PR merges and master CI is green.

    Clone baseline ownership from #517 (#452): the clone gate now ignores the anchored argument-guard prelude, and that made a pre-existing duplicated body visible here: src/OpenCode.Sdk/Internal/Transport/Pipeline.cs:147-153 ↔ :189-196 (the ExecuteAsync overloads). It is baselined with this issue as its owner; the Pipeline split here is the change expected to remove it. When it goes, drop its fingerprint from tools/jscpd/src.baseline.json (verify-clones reports it stale).
