A private server inherits more than the docs say: the user's MCP servers start (app 03's bus shows repeated mcp.* frames), and model turns follow the user's and the working directory's agent instructions (in-app answers quoted the builder rules)

List in the connection-modes guide what a private launch inherits (the user's MCP servers, global and project agent instructions) and point to the four XDG_* roots. This extends the isolation section.
