Fixes the signing-stage architecture check exposed by the first Swabble merged-main dry run.
liporequires the input before-verify_archand checks one architecture per invocation, so validate the two universal slices individually before signing. The same correction applies to both macOS CLI pipelines.Adds a fast native CI regression fixture: compile arm64 and x86_64 Mach-O objects, run the actual workflow gate against their universal file, and require rejection of a thin file. The fixture uses no signing credentials and executes no candidate binary. Native fixture and shell/workflow lint passed; independent review through P2 is clean. No release or version tag is created.
