blktrace-rs 0.1.1: fix the docs.rs build - #154
Merged

Conversation
The docs.rs build of 0.1.0 failed because doc_auto_cfg was removed from nightly rustdoc and merged into doc_cfg. Switch to doc_cfg, build the documentation with all features enabled so the async API appears, and release 0.1.1. Assisted-by: Claude:glm-5.3 Signed-off-by: Kun Lai <laikun@linux.alibaba.com>

What
Releases blktrace-rs 0.1.1 with the docs.rs build repaired.
The 0.1.0 docs.rs build failed with E0557: the nightly-only
doc_auto_cfgattribute used in lib.rs was removed from rustdoc andmerged into
doc_cfg. This switches todoc_cfg, which compiles oncurrent nightly (verified locally by replicating the docs.rs invocation:
nightly rustdoc with
--cfg docsrsand all features).Also adds
[package.metadata.docs.rs] all-features = trueso thedocumentation includes the
asyncfeature API (docs.rs otherwise buildsdefault features only, which hides
monitor_async/shutdown_async),and bumps the crate version to 0.1.1.
Merging this triggers the publish workflow: the version differs from the
published 0.1.0, so crates.io gets 0.1.1 automatically via trusted
publishing (requires the Trusted Publisher configuration on crates.io).
