Summary

The zh-cn contest_2026 docs still described the registration / preliminary stage. This PR brings them in line with the finals stage.

Changes by file (all under zh-cn/contest_2026/):

• contest_overview.md
  • Schedule table and process steps updated to the current stage (registration closed, preliminary review completed, finalists announced, finals defense on Nov 7-8 with some teams presenting online); contest duration corrected.
  • Scoring table descriptions replaced with the official wording; the online-popularity criterion and an outdated sub-criterion removed. Weights and the drop-highest/lowest averaging rule are unchanged.
  • New sections: finals defense arrangement (time, venue, session table, 8 + 2 minute slots, break), finals defense requirements, awards (no prize amounts), and organizer / supporter credits.
  • Removed the Feishu registration / benefit status query links and a staff member's real name (replaced by the role name, with the contact pointed to the group announcement).
  • Tense fixes for dev board and Token FAQ entries.
• Full contest name fixed in the title / intro line of 9 files: contest_overview.md, ai_hardware/ai_agent_quickstart.md, ai_hardware/ai_hardware_guide_index.md, hardware_porting/hardware_porting_guide_index.md, jlc_pcb_voucher_guide.md, quickapp/quickapp_guide_index.md, quickapp/quickapp_manual.md, quickapp/quickapp_velaclaw.md, quickapp/service_health_guide.md.
• code_submission_guide.md: bare official-site URL turned into a Markdown link; stale "to be confirmed" note removed.
• ai_hardware/ai_agent_quickstart.md: bare NewsAPI URL turned into a Markdown link.
• ai_coding_log_guide.md: Q5 notes that finals-stage submission arrangements follow the finals group notice.

Impact

Documentation only, zh-cn only. en/contest_2026/ is intentionally unchanged in this PR. No code identifiers (e.g. @system.velaclaw, quickapp_velaclaw.md) were renamed.

Testing

• git diff --stat: 11 files changed, 85 insertions(+), 37 deletions(-), all under zh-cn/contest_2026/.
• Forbidden-term greps over zh-cn/contest_2026 (old contest name, online-popularity criterion, outdated duration/availability wording, removed Feishu share tokens, staff name, VelaClaw, OpenVela, prize-amount terms): all 0 hits.
• Brand-name check (same grep as brand-name-check.yml): no VelaClaw found.
• markdownlint (markdownlint-cli@0.41.0 with the repo .markdownlint.json) on the 11 changed files: 0 new findings vs. base; 2 pre-existing MD034 bare-URL findings fixed. checkpatch / docs reusable workflows were not runnable locally.
• Table column counts in contest_overview.md checked for consistency.

Follow-ups

The following orphaned assets (not referenced anywhere) are not deleted in this PR and are left for a separate cleanup:
