In the latest go lockfile pr, it was observed that indirect collector components were still being bumped as part of the lockfile pr as opposed to the otel collector pr. Hence have added an ignore to the lockfile.
Also observed is that the go toolchain was bumped, hence adding an explicit ignore for the dependency causing the bump.
Lastly, the dashboard showed a number of updates which were classed as fix/chore hence adding an explicit
semanticCommitType: 'build'to the corresponding rules.
