feat(claude): add nord theme - #400

Conversation
- Add claude/themes/nord.json, built from the 16 canonical Nord colors. - Tint diff lines 8% (dimmed 4%) and changed words 30% over nord0, so diffs stay quiet. - Use #7B88A1 for inactive text, the same grey as the pi theme. - Link the theme into ~/.claude/themes and select custom:nord.

Why
Claude Code used its stock dark theme, which clashes with the Nord palette in
Ghostty, pi and Neovim. Ported themes such as doom-nord use blended doom
variants, not the canonical Nord colors.
What
claude/themes/nord.json: a dark theme built from the 16 canonical Nordcolors, plus
#7B88A1and#242933from the pi theme.draft used 20%/40%, which looked heavy. Compared in Ghostty screenshots.
mise/conf.d/claude.toml: link the theme into~/.claude/themes/.claude/settings.json: selectcustom:nord.
