Why

Agent-team workers stopped on folder trust dialogs. start-workspace only
trusted the workspace for the harness it launched, so a claude workspace left
codex, agy, and pi untrusted. Claude, codex, and agy only accept exact paths,
so trusting a parent folder does not help. Codex also stopped on a "Hooks
need review" screen, while Herdr reported it as idle.

What

  • Add herdr/trust-workspace [<dir>]. It trusts a folder in claude, codex,
agy, and pi, and is safe to run more than once. mise links it to
    ~/.local/bin.
  • start-workspace trusts every new workspace in all four harnesses. It
starts codex with --dangerously-bypass-hook-trust. Leftover cursor code
    is gone.
  • agent-team skill: run trust-workspace "$PWD" before agent start, and
start codex with the hook flag.
  • codex: check_for_update_on_startup = false, because mise owns the version.

Verification

  • fish herdr/tests/start-workspace.fish passes.
  • In a fresh, untrusted folder: claude, codex, agy (Gemini 4 Argon and
Gemini 3.8 Flash), and pi each started with no dialog and ran a shell
    command that wrote a file.

- Agent-team workers stopped on folder trust dialogs: start-workspace
only trusted the folder for the harness it launched.
- Add trust-workspace, which trusts a folder in claude, codex, agy, and
pi. start-workspace and the agent-team skill both call it.
- Start codex with --dangerously-bypass-hook-trust; the hook review
screen blocks it and the config key has no effect.
- Turn off the codex update check (mise owns the version) and drop
  leftover cursor code from start-workspace.
