- agent-team roster: drop cursor, add codex (Sol 6.1) as Opus 5.5 fallback, agy on Gemini 3.8 Flash for web research, pi for all grind work, agy now supports /compact. - One team per Herdr workspace, named after it. Target agents by pane ID with readable pane labels, so names never collide. - Align prompt handling with herdr 0.9.5 and update the vendored herdr skill. Cut repeated rules (2771 to ~1850 words). - Claude: turn off claude.ai skill sync, which wrote account skills into agents/skills/synced via the ~/.claude/skills symlink. - Claude: tidy settings order, set Opus 5.5 auto-compact window.

Why
The agent-team skill had a stale roster, team names that collided across
Herdr workspaces, and a prompt retry loop that contradicted current Herdr
guidance. It also repeated many rules.
