Updates NppFoldTail from 0.8.1 to 0.8.2 (x64).

Changes in this release:

• Reduces flicker when scrolling documents with many folded blocks.
• Uses the active theme's Brace highlight style colours for the ellipsis.
• Balances ellipsis spacing for Python and YAML.
• Improves caret navigation around collapsed blocks while preserving whole-block selection.

Only the version, ZIP URL and SHA-256 of the existing NppFoldTail entry in src/pl.x64.json are changed.
