Bug description

Hello everyone

I only installed NextCloud via Docker (image: 'lscr.io/linuxserver/nextcloud:latest') with PosgresDB

And I'm surprised why I can't enable the apps I need like External storage support
or any other like File access control, it always throws an error:
Error: This app cannot be enabled because it will make the NextCloud server unstable

I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything again several times, it doesn't work.

And I'm surprised why this is so, and what version do you even have working so that you can use it safely?

    Thank you for reaching out. There is indeed an issue with enabling apps in some configurations in the current version of Nextcloud 31. The upcoming 31.0.5 release will resolve this. Until then, you can use the occ command to enable an app.

    Thank you for reaching out. There is indeed an issue with enabling apps in some configurations in the current version of Nextcloud 31. The upcoming 31.0.5 release will resolve this. Until then, you can use the occ command to enable an app.

    How?!

    Tip: If you run occ without arguments, it will print a list of available commands. We also have documentation for it: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/occ_command.html.
