What changed in this PR

This PR removes the Azure VM image overrides used for Python 3.10 in the driver’s OIDC and KMS test setup, allowing the shared provisioning scripts to select their default images.

Changes:

• Remove the explicit Ubuntu 22.04 image settings for Azure OIDC and KMS tests.
• Preserve Azure VM name prefixes and the existing GCP Debian 12 image settings.
