Merged main and moved the two new icons to unused codepoints, preserving every upstream mapping. The font build and metadata check pass. |

Adds
folder-library-openedusing the existing folder and library shapes, plus anunderlineicon for text formatting. Both include codepoints and searchable metadata.Checked the font build, metadata coverage, and SVG/font rendering at 16px and 32px on light and dark backgrounds. Existing codepoint mappings are unchanged.
