Honor void and raw-byte response replacements for basic Java client operations. Preserve HTTP metadata, exception handling, and Azure protocol responses.
Update the tracked sync/async clients and add Spector coverage for the response-replacement scenarios introduced in #12137.
The _specs_ client updates and tests are isolated in a separate commit so they can be excluded if the namespace needs to change.
Validation
Emitter build, lint, formatting, and all 39 emitter tests passed. Targeted Java mapper/template and Azure Spector tests passed, along with native ClientCore and Azure model-response-overload checks.
Honor void and raw-byte response replacements in generated Java clients, preserving types used by typed response headers. Fix raw-byte conversion for text responses.
Disabling trackConvenienceApi for a replacement also disables header-schema tracking below. In Azure V1 with max-overload: model, the generated ResponseBase<Headers, ...> still publicly exposes typed headers, but enum/model header schemas are no longer promoted to public usage; ClientMapper.java:611-618 requires that promotion for public typed-header models. Derive trackResponseHeadersAsModel directly from the presence/options of op.convenienceApi instead.
