Keep dtslint validation aligned with the current TypeScript 7.1 API and compiler behavior before rerunning the repository-wide compatibility scan.
Newer TypeScript 7.1 printers preserve the quote style of parsed string literals, which makes equivalent ExpectType strings compare unequal. Recreate string literal nodes before printing so normalization remains independent of source formatting.
