Summary

• Pass matching public feedback endpoint/Turnstile values into native production and staging builds.
• Use the same explicit values on the legacy workflow path instead of unset environment variables.
• Add a regression test covering both paths. Keep the shared form and Worker unchanged.

• rpnpm test:publisher: 181 tests passed.
• Live production assets include the shared form but no configured endpoint/key, which hides feedback.

No deployment is performed by this PR. Apply the workflow fix to the intended native release source before the separately approved app deployment.
