The Streaming tab's microphone used NAudio's WaveInEvent, a WinMM wrapper: the app compiled on every platform but could only ever capture on Windows. NAudio 3 makes that explicit — its meta-package includes NAudio.WinMM only for the net*-windows targets, so the plain net10.0 app no longer even compiles against it (CS0246 WaveInEvent), which is why dependabot's #23 cannot land. Capture with ffmpeg instead, as a child process writing raw f32le to stdout: the same tool the wrapper already requires to decode non-WAV audio, so the app keeps one audio dependency and no platform capture library. The input is per OS (PulseAudio, AVFoundation, DirectShow) and is overridable with TRANSCRIBE_MIC_FORMAT / TRANSCRIBE_MIC_DEVICE; on Windows DirectShow has no default input, so a device name is required and the error says how to list them. This removes NAudio and its five transitive packages from the UI project, its tests and the screenshot sample. Those two dependent lock files were also stale after the earlier UI-package merges (#19, #20, #21): they still recorded the UI's older Avalonia.Themes.Fluent, CommunityToolkit.Mvvm and DependencyInjection versions. Regenerating them fixes both. Runtime capture is unverified: CI and the development container have no audio device, so only the build and the process plumbing are checked. docs/ui.md now states the ffmpeg requirement. Supersedes dependabot #23. Verified: Ui, Ui.Tests and UiScreenshot build with 0 warnings; the 79 Ui.Tests pass.
