Select DBMetaDataTest, StatementTest, and PrepStmtTest in the conformance suite #163

The driver gaps that blocked these three vendored classes are closed in #160, #161, and #162. Select the classes in upstream-xerial_sqlite-jdbc.manifest and fetch their pinned sources into the vendored tree.

Record a per-file divergence for the cases the protocol or remote model cannot supply:

• DBMetaDataTest: the CREATE TEMP TABLE case, which sqld rejects with SQL_PARSE_ERROR.
• StatementTest: multi-statement strings, TEMP tables, drop while a result set is open, and the xerial DATE-millis expectation.
• PrepStmtTest: the no-describe cases (parameter types, metadata before execution, pre-execution SQL validation), the result-set-reuse adjustment, and the xerial DATE-millis expectations.

TypeMapTest stays rejected because #95 rejects type maps and java.sql makes them optional. Run the control profile with the new selection and keep it green. Update the #54 readiness tracker.
