Conformance manifest still rejects tests for reasons that later PRs removed #116

upstream-xerial_sqlite-jdbc.manifest rejects several tests with rationales that are no longer true.

• DBMetaDataTest is rejected as tracked by DatabaseMetaData.getTables ignores the types filter and returns non-table rows #41, DatabaseMetaData.getColumns reports wrong types and sizes #42, and getTableTypes is incomplete and several metadata methods leak statements #50. fix(jdbc): honor table types in getTables metadata #84, fix(jdbc): return all xerial table types #90, fix(jdbc): close metadata statements with their result sets #91, fix(jdbc): escape quoted table names in getIndexInfo #93, fix(jdbc): cache database metadata per connection #94, and fix(jdbc): reject unsupported type maps and report holdability #95 have since merged.
• PrepStmtTest is rejected over getGeneratedKeys, which feat(jdbc): implement getGeneratedKeys for inserts #82 implemented.
• StatementTest is rejected over Statement lifecycle and getMoreResults argument handling differ #47. fix(jdbc): match xerial statement lifecycle transitions #85 and fix(jdbc): serialize statement close and execute #89 changed the statement lifecycle.
• TypeMapTest says libSQL accepts but ignores type maps. fix(jdbc): reject unsupported type maps and report holdability #95 rejects them. Manifest rationale for TypeMapTest removal is stale after #48 #96 and UPSTREAM.md Paths still lists removed TypeMapTest.java #77 cover the same stale text.

The metadata fixes are guarded only by hand-written unit tests. No xerial DBMetaDataTest runs. MetadataLeakTest exercises getTables only. UPSTREAM.md still says the files are byte-identical and must not be edited, and it lists the removed TypeMapTest.java.

Expected:

• Triage the rejected tests again.
• Select DBMetaDataTest, StatementTest, TypeMapTest, and PrepStmtTest, and record divergences where needed.
• Update the rationales and UPSTREAM.md.
