Summary

• Check Nexus Community Edition EULA consent after services start and skip the prompt when it is already accepted.
• Ask for explicit y / yes approval; n, Enter, EOF, non-interactive input, and EULA errors do not stop other services or change the original installation result.
• Support later approval with python3 bin/nexus_eula.py, without reinstalling or restarting the platform, and document credential overrides.
• Bump Application Manager and Workflow Manager images from 0.7.3 to 0.7.4. Keep the Nexus image version unchanged.

Validation

• Passed 43 local mock/PTY tests covering explicit approval, refusal/empty input/EOF, existing consent, headless operation, authentication and API failures, timeouts, redirects, credential handling, later approval, and installer startup/exit behavior.
• Confirmed the tested helper and installer are byte-for-byte identical to the committed files. Test code is not included in this PR.
• Confirmed no merge conflicts with the current official main using git merge-tree, and git diff --check passed.
• Verified both official cloudbaristaorg/mc-application-manager:0.7.4 and cloudbaristaorg/mc-workflow-manager:0.7.4 images exist for linux/amd64.
• No live EULA acceptance or platform deployment was performed during these checks.
