Bump mc-observability images to 0.7.2, matching the upstream v0.7.2 tag.

Bug Fixes

Insight & RCA

• fix: Return the CPU prediction as usage percent (100 - usage_idle) instead of usage_idle. The Insight screen shows it as is, and CPU predictions saved before this release are turned into usage when read
• fix: Rename the prediction value field to predicted_value in the run and history responses
• fix: Keep each VM's prediction history separate. An Infra-level prediction no longer deletes its VMs' predictions, and the VM history API returns that VM's prediction instead of the Infra's

Breaking Changes

• The prediction run and history APIs return predicted_value instead of value in each item of values
• For measurement=cpu, the prediction value is CPU usage percent (100 - usage_idle), not usage_idle. Clients that computed 100 - value themselves need to drop that step

Changes in this PR:

• docker-compose.yaml: mc-observability images 0.7.1 -> 0.7.2

No agent install files changed in v0.7.2, so the mc-observability-infra ansible directory needs no sync.
