timeshit launched a file manager in the wrong language

Describe the bug
click timeshift menu/View TimeShift log files in Chinese environment(LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8) will start an English file manager

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
the file manager language must be chinese.

I suspect that the problem is caused by the LANG environment variable, but I don't know who set this variable

and same problem in deepin system 5201

Same thing with Nemo on Linux Mint. Nemo opens in English, although the system language is different.

if not we may need to modifiy timeshift, to also copy the language related environment variables to the child process.
