Advance TauCeti to 6e0c6acab5f4c6f42e5f5bab9bd5e4e84f74c380 and Mathlib to b63f6e8a68d220e3b3bc4f3792bb53650d375f24, matching the dependencies used by AxiomMath/CFSG. Update the transitive importGraph pin to Mathlib's corresponding revision. The Lean toolchain remains v4.35.0-rc3.

TauCeti's exact published cache restores successfully with compilation disabled. Regenerated and built the CFSG and two_plus_two workspaces locally; committed generated files remain owned by the main-branch regenerator.

Validation:

• Python and Lean unit suites, manifest structure, catalog metadata, and action-pin checks.
• Sandbox, environment, trusted-tool-path, comparator-verdict, and descendant-cleanup probes.
