Overview
Release 6.2.3 bumps the extension from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 and documents what ships in this cut.

The changelog entry calls out security dependency updates (e.g. axios, form-data, tar-fs, follow-redirects, http-cache-semantics) to clear Dependabot alerts, and auth ID generation moving from the uuid package to Node’s crypto.randomUUID() for session and OAuth state IDs (#183). This PR itself only updates package.json and CHANGELOG.md; the functional work is referenced from prior PRs (#175, #182, #183, #184).
