fix: update labs repo links to kosli-cs/labs - #474
The labs repository moved from kosli-dev/labs to kosli-cs/labs. This updates the five links to it across the labs pages (index, lab 01 template step, and the reference-solution links in labs 02–04).
Nothing in this PR clears the reporting bar. All five links now go to kosli-cs/labs, and the old URL doesn't appear anywhere else in the repo. The other kosli-dev references in labs/ point to setup-cli-action and the CLI install script, which haven't moved.
I couldn't confirm that kosli-cs/labs exists, is a template repo, or has the pipelines/0{2,3,4}-complete.yaml files, because my run wasn't allowed to call the GitHub API. Please check those three things before merging.
