List every tree by its ID, never by its file - #16

Conversation
A file holding several trees was listed by its name, with its trees under it, in both groups. Now every tree is its own row, whatever its file, which shows on hover, in the breadcrumb and in the details. Only an empty or unreadable file is listed by its name, to be fixed. A tree that shares its file with others has no delete button: it would delete them too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
