Show the nodes halted while running - #12

Conversation
A node stopped while running, e.g. by a reactive parent, is now reported by StepIt Commander as HALTED, and the execution view shows it greyed, as halted, without counting it as a failure. When a run ends, any node still running was halted with the tree, since the server sends no last feedback when a run is stopped or a node throws: it is shown as halted too. Shows as halted the nodes that StepIt Commander now reports as
HALTED(kineticsystem/stepit-commander#7), and the nodes still running when a run ends, since the server sends no last feedback when a run is stopped or a node throws. Halted nodes are not counted as failures. The README listsHALTEDin the message format.3 new tests; all 120 pass. Checked in a browser against a server on its own ROS domain: a halted node in a finished run, and a stopped run.
