The architect and reviewer skills are personal skills, shared by every project. A new section of CLAUDE.md gives them what they cannot find out alone: the one idea of the design, the shape of docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, the review as its last section as in every StepIt module, what to check first, and how to run a throwaway test in the container.
