config: rootfs: add uuid-runtime, ndisc6 and netperf to trixie-kselftest - #3232

A full run of the net kselftest collection with the trixie-kselftest ramdisk in qemu found three more tools the tests call but the rootfs does not ship: uuid-runtime rtnetlink.sh calls uuidgen and hard-fails without it ndisc6 test_vxlan_nh.sh, test_bridge_neigh_suppress.sh (skip) netperf big_tcp.sh, big_tcp_tunnels.sh (skip) All three are in trixie for every arch in the recipe's arch_list. A full run of the net kselftest collection with the trixie-kselftest ramdisk in QEMU (140 pass, 2 fail, 10 skip) found three more tools the tests call but the rootfs does not ship: uuid-runtime (rtnetlink.sh calls uuidgen and hard-fails without it), ndisc6 (test_vxlan_nh.sh and test_bridge_neigh_suppress.sh skip) and netperf (big_tcp.sh and big_tcp_tunnels.sh skip). Follow-up to #3230; all three packages are in trixie for every architecture in the recipe's arch_list.
