Consider adding Sourcey to the static site generator catalog

Sourcey looks like a fit for the Jamstack generator catalog alongside documentation generators such as DocFX, MkDocs, and Sphinx.

Could a maintainer consider adding it in the wording and format you think fits the catalog?
