claude-opus-5 pins Opus 5 rather than tracking the latest Opus. Switch the model default to Opus 5.5 (cheaper, newer). Note Opus 5.5 defaults to medium effort.

No findings. A person should review this before merge, because it changes a default that callers will see.

Human review needed: in .github/workflows/claude-review.yml:63, the model input default changes from claude-opus-5 to claude-opus-5-5. Every caller that does not set model is on @master, so all of them move to the new model when this merges. That changes their review cost and, as the PR description says, the default effort level.

What I checked:

• Model default. The input default and the README table (README.md:197) match. Nothing else in the repo still refers to claude-opus-5. The value still reaches the action only through --model ${{ inputs.model }} in claude_args, so nothing else needs to change.
• Action pin. anthropics/claude-code-action moves from v1.0.187 to v1.0.244. It is still pinned to an exact version, and the bump has its own commit, so it is clearly intentional. No other file names the old version. The version list at README.md:242 is history about how callers drifted apart, not the current pin.
• CI. check-ticket is failing because the PR title and body do not reference a ticket. That comes from the PR metadata, not from this diff.
