ℹ️ About Codex in GitHub
Your team has set up Codex to review pull requests in this repo. Reviews are triggered when you
- Open a pull request for review
- Mark a draft as ready
- Comment "@codex review".
If Codex has suggestions, it will comment; otherwise it will react with 👍.
Codex can also answer questions or update the PR. Try commenting "@codex address that feedback".
The contribution guide still invites external users to claim issues and submit pull requests, although halo-dev/halo now restricts PRs to project maintainers.
Replace the public PR tutorial with the current contribution policy, direct users to Issues and Discussions, and link maintainers to the canonical contributing guide. Update the overview description and project introduction while preserving the existing page URL. Clarify that other repositories follow their own contribution guidelines.
Validation:
During browser verification, the contribution overview displayed an empty-results message. Its cause has not been investigated; this PR only updates its description metadata.
