Bump hype in the Dockerfile from v0.8.0 to v0.8.1. v0.8.1 includes gopherguides/hype#115:
---lines inside fenced code blocks were treated as page breaks, splitting thego runoutput blocks on https://hypemd.dev/docs/quickstart/ and turning the following headings (Running and Showing the Code, Snippets with Go, Invalid Code, GoDoc, Arbitrary Commands) into literal## ...text with a stray "`shell before each block. Re-running the hype docs sync with v0.8.1 produced no content changes beyond local Go version strings, so content is unchanged.Type
