Allocator entry points (malloc/free/new/delete/realloc/sdallocx) must not be reentered on the same thread (for example, from inside a MallocHook callback or destructor invoked during allocation/deallocation). Introduce a thread-local ReentrancyGuard in an off state (#if 0) along with unit tests and LongJmpScope reentrancy-count cleanup while callers are cleaned up. PiperOrigin-RevId: 1011450295
