Allow == comparisons on Tree instances. - #6204

None of javac's `Tree` implementations override `Object.equals`, so reference equality behaves identically to `equals` while avoiding verbosity and `NullPointerException`. (This came up again in unknown commit and maybe another time previously?) PiperOrigin-RevId: 998886008
