The `v7` and `v8` tags of actions/upload-artifact and actions/download-artifact have moved to v7.0.2 and v8.0.2, so zizmor's ref-version-mismatch audit flags the existing `# v7` / `# v8` comments (medium severity), which fails the zizmor check on any PR touching build.yml.
